Stephanie Spangler is an Associate with Siskind Boyd LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial counseling, litigation, and the clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement of trademark, copyright, and related rights. She appears in state and federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also counsels clients in the startup, entertainment, and arts industries, among others.
Ms. Spangler is the Chair of the Development Committee of Cardozo Law School's Black, Asian, Latino Law Students Alumni Association, and has been a part of the Executive Committee for over 4 years. She previously served as the Secretary for the Intellectual Property Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and as a member of the Diversity Committee for the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Spangler received her J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While at Cardozo, she was an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. She also graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in International Studies.
